They are narrower at the bottom than standard muffin pans and then flare at the top to create beautiful muffin or cupcake “crowns”. The heavy-gauge, aluminized steel bakes evenly and consistently with exceptional strength and heat distribution. The reinforced rims resist warping and provide safe handling in and out of the oven. The fluted design isn’t just for show, it circulates air for even browning and increases the strength and warp resistance as well. And if all this wasn’t enough, our proprietary, silicone, food-safe nonstick coating releases food like a dream - so liners are completely optional.
